Impeccability of Your Word. Watching what we say is one of the most difficult tasks that we face. Being impeccable with our words means that we are going to choose words that are connecting rather than dividing, uplifting rather than putdowns, and loving rather than hurtful. This is not only for the words that we speak to other people, but also to those words we speak to ourselves. The impeccability of our words starts with recognizing our own value and importance, rather than the negative messages that we tell ourselves regarding our appearance, intelligence, etc. Be aware of your negative self-talk. As you change it, you change your interactions with the people around you.
From where I sit, I take care with the words that I speak to myself and to others!
