April 23, 2021 – Wake Up!

Daily Thoughts

4/23/21

Wake Up! Most of us are walking around in a dream that says that we are separated from the Source. Some believe that there is no Source or Creator. Some believe that that Source or Creator requires them to seek forgiveness for all of their “sins”. This disconnection and separation is an illusion. Each of us is a part of Oneness – the interconnectivity of every energy on the planet. We are connected to each other. We are connected to the ground below, the plants and animals that inhabited this world with us, and to the cosmos from whence we came. It is a dream – illusion – to think that we can ever disconnect from the Source of all that is.

From where I sit, I release the illusion of disconnectedness and seek Oneness.

April 22, 2021 – Intention

Daily Thoughts

4/22/21

Intention. Thoreau talks about moving intentionally toward our dreams and the impact that that has on those dreams. When we wake in the morning, we set the intention for the day. When our first words and thoughts focus on joy, we are setting the intention for good come into our lives. Even when the day might include difficult events, the intention of joy, peace, and love will soften the impact. The intention for good – for growth – will set the wheels in motion to bring the good into our lives.

From where I sit, I set my intentions on joy, peace, and love. Join me in making the world a better place.

April 21, 2021 – Love Casts Out Fear

Daily Thoughts

4/21/21

Love Casts Out Fear. Where there is fear, love has been pushed aside. Fear of loss, fear of others who are not like us, fear of change, fear of the future, etc. hold us back from advancing toward our dreams and visions. Acting and reacting with the love as our shield pushes aside the fear that seems to permeate every aspect of life. Greeting each situation with love for the people we encounter, the challenges that we face, and the doubts that we have about ourselves casts out fear of change and opens the door for growth. Success in all ventures is only possible through genuine love of every aspect of creation.

From where I sit, I greet this day with love, and I will succeed.

April 20, 2021 – How May I Serve?

Daily Thoughts

4/20/21

How May I Serve? In a world where it seems that everyone is focused on getting more – more things, more attention, more anything – the ego is playing King. Shifting the focus from what can I get to what can I give and how may I serve dramatically changes the vibration that emanates from each of us. I’m not suggesting that we give away those things that we need and allow others to take advantage of us, but when we come from a place of service, what we need shows up at the right time. When we decide to serve from a heart of love, light begins to shine on those around us, and the world becomes a better place.

From where I sit, I will focus on doing and being the most loving that I can be.

April 19, 2021 – I Rest in God

Daily Thoughts

4/19/21

I Rest in God. To rest in God – whatever you conceive Him/Her to be – is the key to peace, safety, and happiness. Resting in God means that our actions are based in love. When our inner focus is on the love and peace of the Divine, what emanates from us changes the world around us. Rest in God. Rest in Love. Receive miracles and peace.

From where I sit, I rest in God and receive miracles.

April 18, 2021 – Who Are You Listening to?

Daily Thoughts

4/18/21

Who Are You Listening to? We all have voices that we listen to. Echoes from the past telling us what they think we should be doing. Some of those voices are uplifting and motivating, helping us move forward with our lives. Some of them, not so much. The most important voice we need to hear is the voice of our Heart. When we get quiet and listen, that voice becomes more audible. It tells us to follow our dreams. It tells us to ask from love rather than fear. Three day we have opportunity to make a choice whether we are tuning out the voices of fear, hate, and doubt, or tuning in to the voices of love, peace, and hope.

From where I sit, I choose to hear the voices of love, peace, and hope.

April 17, 2021 – Awareness

Daily Thoughts

4/17/21

Awareness. Many of us have had many opportunities to receive critiques on our performance. Our focus generally is on what was wrong instead of what went right. Shifting our awareness from critiquing and criticizing what is wrong with our performance to a strength-based perspective creates a new paradigm of empowerment. It’s easy to find what’s wrong, but it’s more difficult to shift our focus to us right. This is true in our own lives as well as in our interactions with others. Today, let’s begin the shift of our awareness to enhancing what is right and letting the positive grow.

From where I sit, I shift my paradigm from critique to empowerment.

Expect Miracles. As we begin the process of becoming aware of dysfunctional patterns, we begin to see life changing. We can expect miracles. Miracles occur – or become evident – when we align ourselves with the higher frequencies of love, peace, and joy. Living from these higher frequencies on a consistent basis will impact every aspect of our lives – physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. Priorities begin to modulate. Relationships begin to take on new life. Miracles happen.

From where I sit, I align myself with love, peace, and joy, and I expect miracles to happen.

April 15, 2021

Daily Thoughts

4/15/21

Breaking Patterns. One of the most difficult things for many of us is breaking old patterns of behavior. When something is not working in our lives, yet we continue with that behavior, we have the ability within us to break that pattern. The first step is awareness. During the next few days, pay attention to your thoughts and actions. Be aware of what’s not working. Identify one area where you would like to see change. Set a goal of redirecting your thought or action away from that. Even if the goal is to not do it once a day for a week. The next week you can change it to twice a day for a week. For many of us, going “cold turkey” would destine us to fail. Take one step every day. You’ll find yourself at the end of each day in a better place.

From where I said, I take one step each day for breaking dysfunctional patterns and encourage you to embark upon your own journey.

Daily Thoughts

Unconditional Love. Most of us yearn for a relationship that is unconditional in its expression of love. Some of us have had the joy of experiencing unconditional love. Whichever camp that you are in, it’s important to continue that process of learning to give unconditional love. What we give comes back to us. When a child learns unconditional love, the child blossoms and becomes a fully integrated individual. It may take a little longer in adults, but when we learn unconditional love, we become fully integrated individuals who can change the world.

From where I sit, I offer unconditional love. Please accept my gift and share it with those around you.
